Disappointed. Package showed a coffee mug for the single serve but the mug was not included. Very misleading and I complained to the supplier, to Amazon, and to Hamilton Beach but they just brushed me away with the comment "not included".Be careful with this unit. It is mostly "plastic" and light weight and questionable durability. It does perform but this is not a sturdy machine. I wanted a two-way with reservoirs for each side but could not find this type of model.Unfortunately, with all my searching, I could only find reasonably priced two-way brewers from Hamilton Beach so I am stuck with a light-weight mis-advertised unit with questionable service life. Yes, disappointed.

I've used this coffee maker a little over week now and I love it. The single side works great with the little cup, single-serve packets and the coffee on the full pot brew side works great as well. Has automatic shut off, programmed service . . . really great. Easy to clean. It is exactly what I was looking for.

This unit seems to work great.I just recieved it yesterday.One problemis the refillable K-cup pod doesn`t fit in this unit.You can use regular pods but the refillable ones won`t work.Part of the reason I bought this unit was for that feature but I would still give it a 4.5 rating.The picture is also misleading because it doesn`t come with a 12oz mug.
