I read everything I could find about Espresso machine. Was concerned about the $$$$ thusI purchased a cheaper machine ( if you call $250 cheap). After reading the instructions, I packaged it back up and took it back to Kohls... I then used my gift cards and purchasedthe DeLonghi model on-line after going to local store and physically checking it out and listeningto the sales pitch.l set it up in 10 minutes and have used it daily for about 60-days. It is so simpleto use and clean. The coffee costs between $ .60 - $ .70 each and I use an extra large cup whichwould be twice the size of a standard size dinner cup from a single capsule. It's a steal compared to the $ 5.25 Starbucks we were paying. I do add a carmel extract for additional flavor. However ifyou go 50/50 coffee/milk you get the best results depending on your desire. I learned to purchasethe stronger flavors rated. KC Gerry.in the 10 range.....

This is hands down the finest coffee, espresso, machiatto, cappuccino machine quite possibly ever made. We adore every aspect of each function. You can adjust the settings to your preferences if you want more or less coffee, as well as the steamed milk froth. Completely disassembles for easy cleaning. Almost ever part is dishwasher safe. It has truly changed our lives. Be fair warned about one thing. Nespresso is Giant on they only sell the pods fresh, so you cannot buy them off any shelf. But they are shipped to your door within two business days.
